IMT (Iowa Mold Tooling) is based in Garner, IA. Along with articulating cranes, they also build:

IMT builds articulating cranes in the states and also import cranes manufactured by HMF from Denmark.
IMT is owned by Oshkosh Corporation out of Oshkosh, WI. Oshkosh builds "the toughest trucks on earth" for the military. They also own brands such as Pierce (Fire Trucks) and McNeilus (Garbage Trucks).
